Zulu Dobson is a scientist and friend of Tank Girl's who joined her gang of anarchists and military renegades. He invents Vehicles and weapons for the group, among his creations are bio-weapons, the Amazing Sensory Saturation Tank and the twelve-wheeled Tankmaster.He also reinvented time-travel.
